    • Give rest to your legs

    • Reduce your body weight

    • Avoid heeled footwear

    • Don’t keep on standing for too long

    Home remedies


    There are many different ways to treat your feet for relieving Plantar Fasciitis. The Indian home remedies here that one can use for instant pain removal.

    • Heat and cold therapy: take two bottles and fill them with a glass of hot and cold water separately and roll them down your feet alternatively. Instant relief can be seen but the effect is only for some short time

    • Salt water captivation: it is advised to the patient to put their foreleg or the sole immersed in salt water and take it out after twenty minutes. Repeat this process daily.

    • Use chlorinated water: this can reduce the inflammation and instantly remove pain.

    • Put your leg in sour butter milk: use two to three liters of buttermilk in a vessel and for sourness you can add some lemon juice and immerse your feet in it for approx twenty minutes.

    • ACV remedy: this is the best home remedy for treating Plantar Fasciitis. Try to soak paper in the shape of heel into apple cider vinegar and apply this daily for 3 to 5 days.
